Teladoc Health sends a monthly email to engage their telehealth audience, encouraging enrollment and active participation in the program.
In my role as Art Director, I conducted a comprehensive review of the previous year's creative strategies, identifying strengths and areas for enhancement. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, I gathered crucial data points and success benchmarks. Together with a designer and copywriter, I coordinated efforts with our web and product design teams to implement industry best practices and incorporate valuable insights.
I provided guidance to Marketing in developing modular templates, drawing from the successful framework of the Complex Care Management email series. Additionally, we created wireframes and high-level structural concepts to streamline approval processes.
Moreover, I led creative-driven testing initiatives that validated our new approaches. As a result, the revamped email layout achieved a 10% increase in engagement scores.

There was a need to rebuild enrollment touchpoints for Teladoc Health's complex care management suite of services.
The Creative team partnered with the outside agency Wunderman to develop fully modular email and print templates that helped meet the complex needs of all programs, incentives, A/B testing and a faster speed to market.
My role as Art Director was to develop two touchpoints for 7 programs, including incentive modules, and partner with email developers from handoff to dev QA to ensure quality and accuracy. The rebuilt complex care management journey was so successful that enrollments increased by 587% and generated $725k in revenue in the first 30 days.
