Pop-up Mailer

Based on project budget, I presented multiple concepts with varying price points, and Marketing selected a bifold direct mailer with pop-up flaps on the cover. I also designed an open-window envelope to entice the recipient to open and read about their new benefits.
Along with layout design, I prototyped the asset with the in-house print production team to ensure mass print production quality.

Medicare/Medicaid

The ask was to update the pre-existing Medicare/Medicaid welcome letter. I have had years of experience diving into the rules and regulations for both populations — I’ve partnered with Marketing and Legal to create one source of truth.
With the intimate knowledge of these two populations and their driving motivations, my copywriter and I crafted two custom experiences, while accounting for the complex layering system needed.
The new Medicare/Medicaid welcome letter aided the 98% lift in registration in the Telehealth programs.

With the new Teladoc Health rebrand, there was a need to redesign the original Primary360 welcome booklet and welcome kit box.
My job was to rebuild the pre-existing assets using the new brand guidelines and updated understanding of the consumers who would be receiving these pieces.
