Campaigns & Branding

My main focus at Teladoc Health was growth and engagement, but occasionally I would be tapped to jump into multi-channel campaigns. I love looking at a product from a bird’s-eye view and seeing how all the pieces fit together and where there are potential opportunities for extra touch-points or consolidate ideas for a more streamlined experience.

Teladoc Health developed a new Primary Care product and needed help establishing the visual identity and develop assets for both print and digital to create awareness and drive engagement.

With the creative team, I assisted the development of the visual system by countless explorations, creative testing, leading creative teams, and establishing design rules with the Creative Director.

My work for Primary360 spans across multiple channels and audiences: FAQs/flyers/direct mail/digital displays for the client-facing engagement center, emails and direct mail for growth and retention, creating custom assets for Teladoc Health’s specialized clients, and paid social media promoting high-funnel awareness.

TTLY Obsessed

TTLY Obsessed was one of the many concepts put together in development for the Primary360 product launch. It didn’t get picked because Marketing wanted more direct response messaging, but, they loved the energy the bold headlines and typography exuded.

Along with a campaign build-out, I prototyped a dashboard of the Teladoc Health app showing a unified health experience — this was something Teladoc Health didn’t have at the time. About three years later, they launched the Teladoc Health OneApp that championed the idea of connected care.

As Creative Director, I created a brand identity and multi-channel assets for a local business. I ensured they stood out from the competition through market research and profession education.
